Shipping policy

The processing time per order is 3-5 days for in-stock items. Once processed, the item will be shipped to your location. We do ship Worldwide via Canada Post.

Standard Shipping within Canada: 1-7 business days

Standard Shipping to US: 4-7 business days

Standard Shipping International: 9-14 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and duties that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs, local carriers or ground transportation, nor for any additional fees that may incur from these delays, once the package has left Canada.

 

Local Pick Up

If you are located in Edmonton, Alberta and would like to pick up your order, please select "Local Pick up" at check out. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up along with the pick up location.
