Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at info@thegossiplabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order, for an exchange or return. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, all tags attached and in its original packaging. All return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the merchandise is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There are no exchanges or returns on women sizes over XL, all sales on items over XL are final.

All sale items and customized items are non-refundable.
